Real Estate Associate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for contract review and negotiations, title review and clearance, representation of lending institutions and purchasers and sellers in residential and commercial transactions and deed transfers, while ensuring legal compliance in managed areas. Must be admitted to practice in New York State. Should preferably have 3+ years of experience with real estate transaction. Must have a strong background managing non-attorney closing personnel. Familiarity with closing software is a plus.
