Associate Attorney - Litigation The candidate will represent clients in court (personal injury, family law and criminal defense matters) including trials when appropriate. Will participate in depositions and all phases of discovery. Review and evaluate discovery in criminal defense matters. Research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs (trial and appellate courts). Negotiate dispositions in civil and criminal cases. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Should be currently licensed and admitted to practice in both NJ and PA. Must have 3+ years of litigation experience preferably including personal injury, family law and criminal law matters. Should have excellent research and writing skills. Law Review or other writing journal experience is preferred.
