Office Administrator / Legal Secretary The candidate should have 3-5 years experience in a law firm or professional office setting; must be computer competent w/knowledge of MS Office software including Excel and Word and the ability to demonstrate she can type 60 words per minute with excellent communication skills and be able to multi-task and organize the office. Other duties to include firm bookkeeping, firm invoicing, A/P & A/R entries (Soluno and Quick Books), receiving mail, maintaining file system, answering phones, as well as clerical support.
