Paralegal - Insurance Defense & Litigation The candidate will manage a busy docket of insurance defence cases. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as an insurance defence litigation paralegal, strong oral and written communication skills, effective organizational skills with ability to manage work for multiple attorneys and cases, and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Wolrdox preferred. Should be skilled in these following areas: case evaluation, summarizing depositions and medical records, coordinating extensive discovery activity, noticing and setting depositions and maintaining calendars, drafting pleadings, answers, and discovery, complying with all court imposed and other deadlines, assisting with trial preparation, and managing and recording billable time entries in compliance with clients billing guidelines
