Family Law Attorney Candidate will handle the multi-faceted areas of family law cases for Partner. Must have Georgia State Bar License and 2+ years Family Law Experience. Experience should encompass all aspects of family law including divorce, both contested and uncontested, child custody, child support, as well as paternity, grandparents rights, adoption, drafting pre and post marital agreements, separate maintenance, post-decree modifications and orders of protection. Must have a proactive approach and a strong work ethic and eagerness to work and train under a highly successful trial attorney/partner to help bring our established foundation to even greater success.
