Personal Injury Litigation Attorney The candidate will independently handle day-to-day decision-making on assigned cases. Develop case strategies and provide leadership and direction to Paralegals and Legal Assistants regarding litigation matters. Conduct client check-in calls as per firm policies and procedures. Prepare motions, briefs, discovery responses, and memorandums of law. Conduct case depositions. Zealously represent clients during mediations or trials. Should have extensive experience deposing commercial drivers, medical experts, and corporate representatives. Should have experience litigation cases in both federal and state courts, experience writing and responding to motions and various litigation pleadings, experience handling all aspects of discovery, experience mediating and trying personal injury cases. Must be licensed to practice in Georgia.
