Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will litigate personal injury cases to trial, if necessary. Will handle all aspects of cases through conclusion including: obtaining evidence, creating pre-litigation demand letters, settling cases, negotiating liens, client contact, insurance representative contact; first and third- party claims, handling med pay claims and medical reimbursement, medical liens, negotiating reductions in liens, automobile damage claims and rental reimbursement claims, taking and defending depositions, drafting written discovery and responses, conducting expert discovery, drafting motions and oppositions, obtaining expert witnesses, drafting all trial pleadings and other documentation to fully prepare for and complete trial. Must have arbitration and mediation experience. Trial experience preferred. Note: This is a work from home position.
