Part time Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for e-file, calculate child support using standard divorce software, prepare financial affidavits using standard divorce software, prepare financial disclosures, prepare outgoing discovery requests, process incoming discovery requests and outgoing responses, including interrogatories and document production, and prepare simple motions. Must be organized and detail orientated. Must be an experienced South Florida Family/Divorce Law paralegal. Must have Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Should have 2+ years experience in Family Law as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal.
