Energy Attorney The candidate responsibilities include: Project/Client Management; Contract formation and Review; Dispute Resolution and Litigation. Must have 2+ years of experience in Energy and Maritime law. Would have litigation and transactional experience in the area of Energy law, preferably Coal, including acquisitions and dispositions, testing, shipping and banking. Candidate should have additional experience with project development, project finance and/or dispute resolution. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
