Paralegal The candidate will work with class action/mass tort practice group. Also will draft miscellaneous stipulations and other documents from templates. Occasional additional tasks may include calendaring, deposition scheduling, mediation coordination, and filing. Should be a good listener able to establish a rapport with a diverse population while simultaneously gathering necessary information to evaluate claims. Should preferably have strong knowledge of federal and state civil procedure.
