Immigration Lawyer/Attorney The candidate must have 1 year experience in the immigration field required (can be clinical), need knowledge of USCIS, DOL and DOS procedures, knowledge of naturalization and adjustment of status requirements and removal defenses, knowledge of business immigration a plus. Should have good writing skills a plus, Spanish language. Will preparation of immigrant and non-immigrant visas and naturalization applications, meet and correspond with clients to discuss their cases and options available; updating client data base using Law Logix Case Management program, work with paralegal to prepare packages for submission to USCIS.
