Estate Planning Attorney The candidate will be drafting revocable trusts, drafting trust amendments, review of trust documents with clients, and creation of custom trust language, as well as, all aspects of post-death administration. Must have 3+ years of experience. Experience in the post death administration of revocable living trusts as well as probates is extremely helpful. Knowledge of Word, internet usage, legal research both on-line and by book are a must. Experience with drafting systems such as firm's drafting system is a plus.
