Senior Litigation Paralegal (financial District) The candidate should have prior paralegal experience in complex litigation, preferably securities litigation. Knowledge: working knowledge and understanding of federal and state rules; working knowledge and ability to navigate federal and state dockets; working knowledge and understanding of civil procedures; working knowledge of Westlaw. Must have cite-checking and Bluebooking skills. Must have excellent attention to detail and superb organization and communication skills. Should have solid analytical, critical thinking and time management skills. Must have excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel. B.A./B.S. degree is required. Paralegal certificate is a plus.
