Family Law Attorney The candidate will cover all aspects of family law litigation including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, etc. Will draft legal documents and advise clients. Negotiate settlements. Prepare for and attend court hearings. Prepare for and attend mediations. Ensure compliance with the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Texas Family Code. Meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Must be a Texas licensed attorney with 1-3 years of experience.
