Seeking Immigration Attorney with experience in Immigration law. Candidate will be assigned to work on Immigration cases: Removal Proceedings, Naturalization, Residency, Deferred Action. Must have Admitted to the New York State Bar with 2+ years' experience. Must be experienced with diverse litigation experience to conduct consultations, develop client relations, as well as managing a caseload. Must have: Pre-trial suppression hearings and Trial experience. Strong Immigration and Criminal Defense Experience. Spanish Speaking Skills.
