Real Estate Litigation Attorney The candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of active mortgage foreclosure cases from beginning to end, including: preparing Mortgage Foreclosure Complaints, Motions for Default, Motion for Summary Judgement and other pleadings and attending court hearings. Should preferably have 1 year of foreclosure experience. Experience in creditor bankruptcy and real estate closings a plus. Book of business is a plus.
