Associate Attorney The candidate should have a JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Should have 1+ years of experience with Personal Injury. Should be in good standing with the California Bar. Some experience in all phases of pre-litigation (including drafting and arguing motions, deposition, mediation, trial preparation) preferably plaintiff personal injury. Knowledge of both pre-trial and litigation, as caseload can be a solid mix is required.
