Associate Attorney The candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in some or all of the following areas: Non-immigrant visa petitions; Family based immigrant visa petitions and lawful permanent residency applications; Consular Processing of immigrant and non-immigrant visa applications; Employment-based permanent residency applications; PERM Labor Certification; Drafting responses to USCIS and DOL inquiries; Representing clients in Immigration Removal Proceedings; Asylum Proceedings and other humanitarian immigration benefits. Should have a Juris Doctor Degree from accredited law school. Admission to Colorado Bar is essential. Must preferably have 1 year of full time immigration experience. Ability to speak foreign language preferred.
