Patent Attorney The candidate must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), and preferably at least 2 years of patent preparation/prosecution. BSEE candidates with comparable USPTO experience in the electrical arts will also be considered. Work on patent preparation and prosecution.
