Paralegal - Employment and Personal Injury Litigation The candidate will work along with our attorneys on the employment and personal injury litigation matters.Will work on litigation calendaring, preparing complaints, pleadings and discovery, managing witness files, document production management, proofreading, assisting in preparation for trial and depositions, overseeing court filings, Experience with employment law cases(wage and hour, discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, class actions) is a plus. Must have 2+ years of experience in Employment. Must have 3+ years of experience as Paralegal. Fluent in Spanish is plus.
