Litigation Attorney Duties : Will ssist with all phases of complex litigation in defense of personal injury matters from initial file review for issues of liability and damages, through written discovery, depositions, discovery and dispositive motions and appeals, and trial. The candidate should have 3+ years litigation experience needed. Firm represents clients throughout all of NYS so reliable transportation is required. Must also have excellent writing, research, oral communication, advocacy and time-management skills and be independent self-starters.
