Immigration Attorney-Bilingual The candidate will represent and advocate for clients with their immigration matters before immigration courts throughout the nation. Will prepare for trial, attend trial, prepare memos and oversee paralegal work. Should have JD Degree. Should preferable have MD state bar admission. CA state bar admission is required. Must be bi-lingual in Spanish (required). 2-year experience in Immigration Law is required.
