Paralegal - Immigration The candidate will be responsible for: preparation and filing with appropriate federal agencies of family and employment based petitions and applications; H-1B, L, E and other non-immigrant visa applications; and Asylum and Immigration and Federal Court litigation support. Must have 3 years of experience in diverse areas of US immigration and nationality law. Should be able to work independently to complete filings professionally and expeditiously. Bilingual Spanish skills helpful.
