Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys with drafting and finalizing legal documents for filing with courts, docketing, case management, discovery support, legal research, trial preparation and other administrative tasks. Must have 5+ years of prior litigation experience. Must have knowledge of litigation documentation, court rules and procedures, practices etc. Knowledge of federal court and class action work a plus. Must be familiar with bates-labeling, redaction, duplication and indexing of documents; proficiency with Microsoft Office, ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
