Consumer Finance Practice Attorney The Candidate must be a litigation practice attorney with at least 3 years of experience. Must be able to handle all phases of litigation and have substantial in-court experience, including drafting and arguing substantive discovery, dispositive and injunctive relief motions. Bankruptcy experience is a plus. Outstanding academic and professional credentials are needed. Must be admitted to practice in New York. Admission in Connecticut and/or New Jersey is preferred.
