Senior Immigration Paralegal (NIV) The candidate should have specific H1-B focus join expanding team with the following experience: Initial evaluation of matters and assessment of case-specific needs; Minimum caseload of 40 H-1B matters and 20 H-1B RFE s per month; Professional phone and written communication with clients; Drafting forms, letters, job descriptions, and other support documents; Responsible for final review of petitions; Entering and updating information in databases and case management systems; Mentorship of junior paralegals and support staff with direct responsibility to firm managers; and Collaborating with attorneys on case strategy and responses to RFEs. In this role, will be on track towards growth into a supervisory or management role within our firm. Will support teams on non-immigrant matters mainly: H1B, however including TN, L1, and O matters. Will be expected to manage the day-to-day work on an average caseload of 60 matters at any time.
