Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for: drafting discovery requests and responses; e-filing (both state and federal); preparing trial notebooks; ordering medical record; responding to client inquiries; scheduling depositions; coordinating with record retrieval companies; calendaring all deadlines for both state and federal rules; managing litigation docket by taking ownership of own files; assisting attorneys in preparation for hearings and trials; assisting in preparing legal documents such as legal arguments, motions, contracts and agreements; organizing, indexing, and tracking files; and providing administrative support for attorneys in court and at the office. Must have 7+ years of personal injury litigation and have extensive trial experience. Should have ability to manage case from sign-up to closing out post-verdict or settlement. Thorough knowledge of TRCP rules is needed.
