Seeking Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation, real estate litigation and landlord/tenant law. The candidate with New York Bar Admission is required, New Jersey or any other state admission is also a plus. Will have strong litigation experience, particularly in the areas of commercial litigation, construction law, landlord/tenant, and/or real estate law. Must have experience litigating matters in New York State Court, with Federal Court experience a plus. Requires excellent research, writing, oral communication skills, leadership and business development skills. Portable business is likewise a plus. Must have excellent research, writing, oral communication skills, leadership and business development skills.
