Associate Attorney The candidate will gain experience in all aspects of litigation from discovery to depositions to law and motion to trial while working within a close-knit group of like-minded individuals towards the goals of obtaining the best possible results for our clients while affecting positive change in our community. Will have the responsibility of developing evidence to establish individual and corporate liability for acts of egregious neglect and abuse of elder or dependent adults or victims of malpractice by analysis of voluminous documents, development and execution of discovery plans, collection of publicly available documentation and data though FOIA and other sources, the taking of fact, corporate, and expert depositions, and participation in trials and arbitration, among other things. Should have a J.D. from an accredited law school; must be licensed by the CA bar; Must possess a superior work ethic and willingness to work nights or weekends when necessary to meet clients' needs; Should be Committed to ethics and professionalism in the practice of law. Must have 1-3 years of experience in the practice of law.
