Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be managing a caseload of litigation files from the filing of the complaint through trial or settlement and closure of the case and file. Drafting correspondence and pleadings, e-filing, scheduling, maintaining a calendar and electronic file, client and judicial contact, completing discovery, and trial preparation. Preparing closing statements and all other tasks necessary to assist the attorneys in a successful outcome for the firm's clients. The candidate must have experience working at a plaintiff's personal injury law firm, but significant litigation experience is eligible. Must be hardworking and detail-oriented with a positive team attitude. Spanish speaking and local to St. Petersburg are desired.
