Senior Paralegal / Case Manager Responsibilities: Manage preparation of a variety of immigration cases from start to finish with guidance and training by supervising attorney. Provide industry leading outstanding client service with professionalism, patience and clarity. Work seamlessly in team environment to achieve efficiency and consistently outstanding client results and customer experience. Act as primary contact for clients by phone and e-mail. Participate in client meetings. Collect, scan and analyze client documentation and information. Conduct Legal Research. Continually improve law firm processes. Qualifications: U.S. Bachelor's Degree. 2+ years Immigration Paralegal Experience Preferred. Bilingual Spanish Preferred. 50 WPM Typing Speed. Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, scanners, and copier experience. Excellent written and verbal English language skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with a broad range of people in a professional manner. Strong organizational skills with the skill to multi-task assignments and responsibilities. Must be a reliable self-starter and willing to take initiative.
