Seeking Commercial Litigation Attorney with a background in commercial litigation. The candidate will report to a Shareholder with a rather large book of business. Graduated from an accredited law school with superior academic performance (at least 2 of the following: Tier 1 law school, top 25% and/or journal). Must be licensed in the State of Texas. Must have 1-3 years of experience. Experience with handling a commercial litigation docket a plus. Experience in banking law is a plus and litigation services are most important. Strong research and persuasive writing skills.
