Associate Attorney The candidate will be preparing answers to lawsuits and discovery requests for debt settlement lawsuits, drafting complaints and responding to discovery and court appearances in both United States Bankruptcy Court and California superior courts. Should preferably have prior court experience, be comfortable drafting pleadings, and be able to handle ten to fifteen cases in their workload. Should have 1-2 years of experience. Prior bankruptcy experience in this area is also preferred. Deadline: October 15, 2018.
