Legal Secretary / Assistant The candidate will greet clients and answer multi-line phones. Will prepare forms and documents with exactness. Research and follow up to ensure filing deadlines are met. Schedule and coordinate attorneys' calendars and court hearings. Review incoming emails from clients and the court. Maintain client files and prepare billing records. Must have 3 years of secretarial experience. Estate planning, wills, trusts experience a plus. Legal experience is preferred. Should have excellent phone skills and good phone voice. Should also have excellent computer and online skills. Notary a plus. An understanding of marketing including social media, content, and web site analytics is needed. Should be proficient with word processing and preparing and electronically filing legal documents.
