Title : Staff Attorney

Staff Attorney Candidate will specialize in complex trial and appellate work. Will handle any litigation challenge, but the majority of work is for corporate clients in the areas of pharmaceutical products, toxic torts and products liability, environmental, insurance, federal claims, financial institutions, government contracts, medical devices, and white collar defense. The full range of litigation tasks, focusing initially on helping us prepare for upcoming trials. Qualifications: JD Degree. Must be an active member of the District of Columbia Bar, with proof of good standing. Previous experience in complex defensive litigation a plus. Previous experience in identifying privileged communications a plus.
