Immigration Paralegal The candidate will manage, coach and train junior members of the team. Must have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience) and 12 years of corporate immigration experience including the management of immigrant and nonimmigrant visa applications and petitions. Additional required skills include work with MS Office Suite (particularly Excel), a case management software (Immigration Tracker a plus) and the ability to conduct research and effectively use immigration legal research tools such as AILA INFONET.
