Probate Paralegal The candidate will provide overall support to two attorneys who will oversee the probate administration and estate planning process. Will be responsible for managing the entire probate process and non-probate transfers for clients, though, which will include being a part of the initial intake meeting, gathering necessary information and documentation from clients, preparing probate forms, and working with clients, creditors, and financial institutions relative to the transfer of assets and handling of debts. Assistance with the preparation of estate planning documents, depending on the direction of the firm and amount of workload. Should have 3+ years as a probate paralegal. Experience with PerfectForm is a plus.
