Litigation Paralegal The candidate should be Certified Paralegal from accredited school. Must have 3 years strong experience in general litigation AND/OR insurance coverage/defense litigation. Strong experience with document handling, preparation and maintenance are needed. Should be proficient in drafting correspondence, pleadings, briefs and other documents for trial preparation must demonstrate excellent writing skills and attention to details.
