Employment Litigation Attorney The candidate will handle a caseload of the following: Wage and Hour, PAGA, Wrongful Termination, Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, and more. Will perform routine litigation tasks such as legal research, writing briefs/motions, interviewing witnesses, conducting investigations, drafting/responding to discovery, depositions, mediating, negotiating, conducting arbitrations and trials as a first or second chair. Shape employment litigation strategy. Collaborate with team members in connection with litigation. Manage litigation and disputes, negotiate resolutions to conflicts and prepare settlement agreements. Handle other responsibilities based on business and legal needs. Must have 3+ years of Employment Law experience. Superb legal writing, and research skills are required. Knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures needed. Class action experience is a significant plus. Must a have completed at least two trails (1st or 2nd chair).
