Associate Family Law Attorney The candidate should have 2 years solid family law litigation experience. Responsibilities will include: drafting and responding to discovery, preparing disclosures and pleadings, research and writing motions and requests for orders, taking and defending depositions, corresponding with clients, and appearing in Court. Must have excellent research, writing and communication skills and demonstrate the ability to assume immediate responsibility on family law matters.
