Associate Attorney The candidate should have 3 years of litigation experience. This is an exceptional opportunity for the candidate to litigate a variety of premises liability, product liability, construction injury, commercial auto and trucking cases for our Fortune 500 clients. Will manage own cases from inception to trial, will have direct client and carrier contact and will assist senior associates and shareholders in these and other general liability cases. Cases will range from moderate exposure matters to catastrophic losses, including fatalities, involving multiple claimants.
