Associate Attorney The candidate must have Strong interest in civil litigation is a must, and experience or interest in insurance defense is preferred but not required. Will assist on a variety of critical and time sensitive assignments, including preparation of motions and legal briefs, discovery, pleadings, litigation reports and other tasks on an as-needed basis. can anticipate exposure to a variety of practice areas, assignments and issues, and should have excellent legal research and writing skills along with the ability and desire to approach problems with creativity and independent critical thinking. Should demonstrate capability will have the opportunity to manage case load and handle all aspects of litigation under the guidance of seasoned litigators. Should have completed the Bar with 1-3 years experience. Must have taken the Bar in either Pennsylvania or New Jersey. Must have strong legal writing skills. Must have strong research skills.
