Associate Attorney - PI Pre-litigation The candidate's duties include: Manage a significant caseload and work closely with a team of case managers and assistants. Work directly with our sales, property damage, case management, demands/negotiation and liens departments. Communicate and convey legal concepts and strategies to clients and opposing counsel. Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to office. California State Bar License (Preferred). Should be Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. Bilingual in English and Spanish a huge plus.
