Associate Attorney The candidate will participate in all aspects of litigation, including: handling of administrative complaints; case analysis and litigation tactics; research and handling of unique and complex legal issues; drafting and responding to written discovery; taking and defending depositions; writing and arguing significant law and motion, including dispositive motions; participating in mediations and arbitrations; and trial preparation. Should have outstanding research and writing skills and a high academic record, with 3 years of comparable experience.
