Paralegal The candidate should have 10 years of experience in the area of family law. Ideal candidate should be able to start working with minimal training. Paralegal must have experience reviewing, mandatory disclosures, pertinent financial documents and independently manage a caseload of at least 70 cases. The ideal candidate must be able to: Draft dissolution and paternity pleadings with no supervision; Prepare and respond to discovery requests; Organize and update pleadings; Maintain professional rapport with Clients and the Court; Candidate must have employer references, 4-year degree preferred.
