Civil Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorney's in all stages of Civil Litigation matters with a focus on insurance defense. Should feel comfortable conducting research, drafting discovery, drafting pleadings, maintaining case files, client reporting and completing other ad-hoc requests as needed. Responsibilities include legal fact and basic legal research, assistance with case management, organize and electronically file pleadings, coordinate and schedule calendars, submit detailed status reports and drafting pleadings and discovery.
