Workers' Compensation/Personal Injury Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will be responsible for keeping claims and cases organized in our online case management platform; performing client interviews; keeping clients informed by maintaining regular contact and communicating case progress; organizing and summarizing medical records and bills; and drafting basic discovery and pleadings, among other things. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with technology; detail oriented and highly organized; energetic with a positive attitude; ability to work independently or as part as a team; the ability and desire to interact with clients and opposing parties; and the capacity to learn and contribute to a growing law firm. Preferably should have 1-2 years of directly relevant experience.
