Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate will assist the firm s bankruptcy attorney in the preparation of and filing of bankruptcy documents. Duties included file intake, notating the case management system, creating documents, and electronic filings. Primary responsibility will be assisting an attorney performing bankruptcy work such as filing proofs of claim, reaffirmation agreements, and motions for relief. Electronic filing of bankruptcy documents.Ability to manage a work load independently and to work with attorneys.b Must have Paralegal certification approved ABA program. Must have understanding of the United States Bankruptcy Code and electronic filings. Must have prior experience in bankruptcy law. Must have 3+ years of experience.
