Consumer Class Action Paralegal The candidate will manage federal and state court filings, case files, discovery, and depositions for consumer class action and complex litigation cases. Ensuring filings are in compliance with court rules and filing and e-filing documents therein, specifically in California State and Federal courts. Assisting attorneys with discovery, including discovery requests, depositions. Should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2-3 years experience as a paralegal is crucial. Working knowledge of Federal Court procedure is strong plus. Must have experience filing federal cases. Should have experience with Federal and State Filings, Case Investigation, Discovery, Analysis, Law and Motion, Case Management. Excellent writing skills are preferable.
