Part-time Associate Attorney The candidate will work with a primary focus in family law. Will also draft motions and other pleadings in criminal defense and personal injury cases as well when needed. Complete extensive case-related research into relevant laws and regulations, negotiate on behalf of clients, draft and interpret legal documents, and oversee compliance to these documents. Responsible for keeping all stakeholders - from senior attorneys to clients - abreast of the progress of a case. Must have 1+ year of experience in family law. Should be an active member in good standing of the Utah State Bar. Should preferably have 1-3 years of experience in a law office setting where they regularly dealt with family law, criminal law and injury law.
